The holiday house Prichal rybaka is located in the village of Khotlino, on the shore of Lake Khotlino, good place for fishing.

Toys for children. The holiday guests get the bed linen, towels, soap, salt, pepper, flour, butter, grill, smokehouse, grill pot and skewers free.

There are two towns, Chashniki and Syanno, 18 km away from the property, with shops, banks, gas stations etc. On the ground is a closed gazebo with a large table and barbecue, seating for 10 people. Board games, inflatable pool for children. Deck chairs, hammock, swing. Sandy beach, pleasant entrance to the water. Piers for fishing. Steam bath for 6 people.
